By accessing and using LexiCross ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

LexiCross is a mobile crossword puzzle game application that provides daily puzzles, various categories, and educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• All puzzles and content are provided "as is"
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content
• Puzzle difficulty ratings are subjective
• We may update, modify, or remove content at any time

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRALLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
